Travel information

VISAS

Letters supporting application for a Polish Visa will be issued only for authors of accepted papers who have registered and paid the conference fee. If you need such letter please contact Maria Ganzha.

SHUTTLE-BUS

There will be a shuttle-bus connection between Warsaw and Mr�?gowo. We plan two courses:

on arrival – Sunday (October, 11, 2009) at 17:00 (from Airport Novotel Hotel in Warsaw to Mrongovia Hotel in Mr�?gowo),
on departure – Wednesday (October, 14, 2009) at 15:30 (from Mrongovia Hotel to Airport Novotel Hotel).

Airport Novotel Hotel is a hotel near Warsaw Airport and is to be a "meeting place" for those who arrive at time not matching the bus schedule.

Cost per course – 15 €.
Shuttle-bus reservation is available through conference on-line registration system.

AIRPLANES

HERE you will find list of airports in Poland. There are two airports that can be considered when coming to IMCSIT: Warsaw (WAW) and Gdansk (GDN). However, we will provide support for transportation from Warsaw ONLY, as written above (in shuttle-bus section).
